I love to hear what my readers have to say and I appreciate your comments. However many use comments as a way to promote their own business/website. Geeky Housewife for a while was a do-follow blog which meant those links counted for something to Google. Now those links are no longer do-follow on Geeky Housewife.

I have been bombarded with link removal requests from those who have left comments and links to their business because now those links aren’t a good thing according to Google. To make this easier on me especially for those requests that do not have a link to the link in question, all comments have been deleted. Sure this may be like throwing the baby out with the bathwater, but I need to clean up my blog and start fresh. For those few who visit here and comment regularly, I am sorry for having done this but I do not have the time nor the energy to sort through 140 pages of comments. I hope you can forgive me and will continue to read my ramblings.
