In a move to simplify, I’ve decided to close a couple of my blogs. Not this one! But I was posting so infrequently on the others that it seemed silly to keep them around.
Occasionally I may post something here that I would have place on one of those blogs - a photo blog and a Mommy craft blog. Geeky Housewife will still remain primarily focused on household tips but now there will be an occasional craft article or photo that I just feel the need to share like this one.
My sunflowers are blooming. I’m so excited and can’t wait to plant more since I actually grew them from seeds.
I’m kind of looking forward to sharing more of my hobbies on GH rather than just posting about laundry, cleaning, and organization.

I’m with you. Took down several blogs and now I think it is three - two “religiously” and one occasionally (versus about 7 of them LOL!). Life is a whole lot easier

I should probably officially close my other blog. I haven’t posted on it since I think last summer…

I had a hard time keeping up with multiple blogs, too. I haven’t closed my others, but now I only post on two.

1 blog is enough! I can’t imagine doing multiple blogs well. That’s why I have one only.

Beautiful sunflower picture!
We had a wild sunflower bloom this spring that must have had three dozen flowers on it (instead of just one huge flower). Anyway, your photo with the spider on the sunflower reminded me of it, because one day I got a nice shot of one of the flowers with a honey bee on it, and the bee had pollen “globs” on his legs. very cool. Thanks for reminding me of it! Steve
PS. The great thing about having your own blog is you can post whatever you want on it! So post some more cool photos!

I think it better to be a master of one and jack of all. And most importantly concentrate of a few rather than do a bad job with all.
