I spend about 15 to 20 minutes on one area when I feel like it. And if I haven't used the item for at least a year I either donate it or throw it away. It really is an incredible feeling of satisfaction just seeing one are cleaned up -- like that pesky spot in the kitchen that seems to collect junk like a magnet. Good luck!
