Well, at least today I am as is everyone who wants to be for St. Patrick’s Day. I was looking for an Irish blessing but the Irish saying I was thinking about was really a toast. So here is my favorite Irish toast followed by an Irish blessing:
May you live as long as you want, and never want as long as you live.
Irish Blessing
May you always have walls for the winds,
a roof for the rain, tea beside the fire,
laughter to cheer you, those you love near you,
and all your heart might desire.
