Tackle It Tuesday Meme

I have a steep pile of books that I want to read. It just seems impossible to find time to read anymore. When I try to read right before bed, I fall almost immediately asleep. Since I’m behind on Harry Potter and have a ton of other books to read, I’m trying to read a chapter a day. Well, that is lagging behind, too. So, this Tuesday I plan to read at least one chapter of a book. I’ve chosen 48 days to the work you love.

It’s a book we wanted for a longtime and then ran across at a bargain price. I’ve had it for at least a year now and never cracked open the cover. Hopefully I’ll get at least one chapter read.

I’m also moving furniture today as we are rearranging every room in our home. A huge tackle that right now is a disaster. Hopefully we are doing the right thing to gain more living space.

  1. Moving furniture, working up a sweat and then flopping into a soft chair to read - sounds like heaven! LOL Good luck!

  2. What a great Tackle project! I love to read…still, fall asleep within the first paragraph of a book when I try to read at night. Scheduled reading time…what a great concept!

Enjoy…and be safe moving that furniture.

  3. OHH Rearranging furniture, I wanna do that too really getting things clean under neath it all - it’s just so hard to motivate sometimes! As for the reading, I am RIGHT there with you - I think the last Potter book I read was um 4 - my sister gave me a GC to get the NEW one coming out - I hate to tell her I cant read it, I HAVE NO idea what’s going on in the story - I REALLY miss it soo much - I love Harry!!! Right now I am reading The out of sync child - trying to learn to deal with my sensory kid - so far I am able to do about 6 or 7 pages a day…not that great!

  4. I LOVE new books:) I wish I had more time to read, lol. We must be moms.
